Yes, Windows 10 is a requirement for Time Spy and Port Royal, but Windows 7 has officially been retired in more ways than one. Only Port Royal requires Ray Tracing support, which will further limit the available hardware. I believe GTX 400 Series cards and above are supported for Time Spy (DX12 requirement). Going forward, rigs will need to have an image, a Time Spy and/or Port Royal score listed and linked, and be marked public. Even some of my rigs have this but have no 3DMark Time Spy Score, but most of my Rigs no longer show this anymore.
